- Terms of Service – these Terms of Service for the Newsletter
- Newsletter – a service consisting of the electronic transmission of information, including commercial information, within the scope covered by these Terms of Service.
- Privacy Policy – a document setting forth the rules for the processing of personal data by the Publisher, available at: info@pearldocks.com.
- User – a person who has expressed a desire to use the Newsletter service by consenting to the sending of commercial information electronically and has accepted these Terms and Conditions
3. Scope and Purpose of the Service
The Newsletter is used to send commercial information via email regarding the Publisher’s products, including, in particular: current campaigns, thresholds, rewards, new releases, and content promoting in-game activity, as well as other commercial information about the Publisher’s products.
The Newsletter contains commercial information as defined in Article 2(2) of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services; therefore, the User’s consent is required to subscribe to the Newsletter in accordance with Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law.
Subscription to the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
4. Terms of Use and Newsletter Subscription
Subscribing to the Newsletter requires:
- acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- providing an email address in the form available on the Publisher’s website.
Subscription is based on a double opt-in system—after completing the form, the User receives an email with an activation link; clicking this link is required for successful registration.
Use of the Newsletter is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and consent to the sending of commercial information via electronic means.
5. Unsubscribing from the Newsletter
The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time.

W ramach Newslettera przesyłane są informacje handlowe w rozumieniu art. 2 pkt 2 ustawy o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną, a tym samym do korzystania z Newslettera potrzebna jest zgoda Użytkownika zgodnie z art. 398 ustawy Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej.
Korzystanie z Newslettera jest dobrowolne i bezpłatne.
4. Warunki korzystania i zapis do Newslettera
Zapis do Newslettera wymaga:
- zaakceptowania niniejszego Regulaminu
- podania adresu e-mail w formularzu dostępnym na stronie internetowej Wydawcy.
Subskrypcja odbywa się w systemie double opt-in – po wypełnieniu formularza Użytkownik otrzymuje wiadomość e-mail z linkiem aktywacyjnym, którego kliknięcie jest warunkiem skutecznej rejestracji.
