Date of entry into force: 01-10-2025

Conditions of the agreement (“Conditions for the provision of services”) govern the relations between Users and GlobCargo Games registered in Poland at the address: Ks. Jerzego Popiełuszki 22D/114, 80-864 Gdańsk (hereinafter referred to as “GlobCargo Games”) with respect to using GlobCargo Games games, websites and related services.

By using any GlobCargo Games services, you accept the terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, do not install or use GlobCargo Games services.

GlobCargo Games reserves the right to change, add or remove items of the terms and conditions and the rules of using internet services belonging to GlobCargo Games.

Users undertake to use GlobCargo Games services for non-commercial purposes.

Users are not allowed to sell, buy or rent accounts from other users, sale services and other sources.

Users are obliged to give correct data when registering an account.

Users that were once removed by the moderator cannot re-register an account in the same game.

Having registered an account, Users must not use it for commercial or advertising purposes, for sending chain messages or spam, or misleading other users.

It is forbidden to share login information with other users. In case of any incorrect logging or loss, please notify the moderator immediately. Users shall be liable and responsible for everything that happens through their accounts.

GlobCargo Games reserves the right to remove or recover any user names at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to third party claims about usernames infringing third party rights.

Using GlobCargo Games services contrary to the terms and conditions is strictly forbidden and may result in criminal liability for breach of the terms and conditions.

Users may not use any additional programs, bots, scripts etc. helping them modify or interfere with any GlobCargo Games service.

It is forbidden to interfere with the source code, APK files without the express written consent of GlobCargo Games.

It is forbidden to promote, post and write any texts, pictures, links etc. of offensive, sexual, racist or religious nature.

GlobCargo Games reserves the right to remove, modify, suspend or change User’s data for convenience in the event of violation of the terms and conditions.

All rights, titles (including but not limited to games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, symbols, character names, stories, dialogues, concept phrases, concepts, graphics, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, means of operation, moral rights, documents, game chat transcripts, information about characters, characters, recordings of games played by a user or users of GlobCargo Games games and server software) belong to GlobCargo Games. GlobCargo Games reserves all rights, including all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights related to its games and services.

GlobCargo Games is the owner of all objects, currencies, goods and accounts appearing in its services and games.

GlobCargo Games shall not be liable for errors occurring in its internet services and services and for successful attempts at stealing data by third parties.

Users shall be liable for texts, passwords and photos published through GlobCargo Games services.

In case of any dispute between users, GlobCargo Games shall not be a mediator. The users are required to resolve the dispute between themselves.

Users have the right to buy virtual currencies for real money. GlobCargo Games has the right to control the currencies users have bought or gained, modify or remove them where the moderator considers that any provision of the terms and conditions has been infringed by a User.

All the purchases of virtual money are final and non-refundable by GlobCargo Games.

Having bought virtual currency, Users are not entitled to any refunds of real money. GlobCargo Games may at any time replace, modify, add or remove objects, bonuses, amounts of paid currency in its internet service without notifying Users.

GlobCargo Games shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, moral damage arising from using, sharing and publishing internet services.

If any dispute occurs between a User and GlobCargo Games, do not hesitate to contact us at: info@pearldocks.com in order to resolve the dispute.

Users irrevocably waive any rights to claim a court action, demand or stop the operation of any GlobCargo Games service or game.

GlobCargo Games shall not be liable for delays, service disruptions and other undesirable action resulting from unforeseeable circumstances such as: strikes, acts of terrorism, vandalism, riots, supernatural forces, attacks of foreign civilisations, wars or atmospheric conditions.
